Shipping and returns

Shipping
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 working days, unless items are made to order or out of stock, these can take 2-4 weeks to ship.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping option and location, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Please note that during busy periods, such as launches or seasonal sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

I am sending from London, UK by 2nd class Royal Mail (unless another option is selected):
UK delivery aim: 2-6 working days, latest delivery up to 15 days.
Europe delivery aim: 7-9 working days, but can take 27 working days.
Worldwide delivery aim: 7-11 working days, but can take up to 27 working days.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Puffaura has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to return the package at your own cost. Using tracked delivery is recommended. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact hello@puffaurajewellery.co.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be resolved. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) or used / worn cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
You will be notified once your order has been received and inspected from your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
